Manuel Antonio National Park
The Manuel Antonio National Park is internationally recognized as one of the most biodiverse parks on the planet. It's located 192 km from San José on the Pacific coast.
The lush tropical
forests, lagoons, mangroves and pristine white sand beaches constitute one of
the most diverse and imaginable ecosystems.
The park contains an ideal trail system with good signage that allows visitors a better service to explore the area.
The four beaches in the park, Espadilla Sur, Manuel Antonio,
Escondite, and Playita, are some of the best in the country. Espadilla Sur and
Manuel Antonio offer excellent snorkeling when the water is clear, it is
advisable to visit the area
during the dry season.
It is a really beautiful place.
